Refund Policy

This policy is applicable if you have received a damaged, incorrect, or faulty item.

For undamaged items, returns are accepted within a 30-day period from the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

Returned items must not exceed our maximum stock levels.
A restocking fee will apply, excluding samples and exchanged items.
Customised items are non-returnable.
Goods must be in a saleable condition; damaged items will not be refunded.
Discontinued items are not eligible for return.
Can I exchange my goods?
To be eligible for an exchange, you must notify Moshneb Copper within five working days of receiving the order. All exchanges must be authorized by Moshneb Copper.

My items have not arrived, or have arrived damaged or faulty:
If your order hasn’t arrived, or you’ve received a damaged or faulty item, please notify Moshneb Copper immediately. This will be verified and actioned accordingly. All items should be returned in the original packaging whenever possible. Do not pack items loosely in the box to prevent damage during transit. Items must be returned using a trackable method. Moshneb Copper will not refund items damaged in transit. If an item arrives damaged, our team will send a photograph to you for pursuit with your courier as appropriate.

I have followed the returns process, when will I receive my refund?
Please allow up to 14 days to receive your refund. Account customers will receive a credit note, while payments made by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer will be refunded using the original payment method.
